November 7, 2009: Mountain Real Estate Stays Strong In October

According to local MLS® information, Hamilton Mountain real estate sales have remained strong. In October, the local real estate association reported 171 units sold, an increase of 16% over October 2008. The West Mountain saw the largest jump in sales, with a phenomenal 32% increase over last year. The number of expiries also decreased by almost half compared to the same month last year, and end-of-month listing inventory was 38% lower.
